VIC

An old town made for walking

The arcaded Plaça Major is the city’s meeting point. On Tuesdays and Saturdays it hosts the market, where local farmers bring the produce of each season.

A few streets away you will find Sant Pere cathedral, with murals by Josep Maria Sert, the Roman temple and the Museu Episcopal, one of the most important collections of Romanesque and Gothic art in Catalonia.

OSONA

Landscapes close by

Less than an hour from the hotel are the cliffs of Collsacabra, with villages such as Rupit and Tavertet, the Sau reservoir and the forests of Les Guilleries and Montseny.

Paths for walking or cycling, Romanesque churches and old farmhouses that tell how this land has been lived in.

LOCAL PRODUCE

A taste of the land

Osona is a land of llonganissa sausage, cheese and market gardens. In the kitchen, chef Jordi Coromina works with small local producers and Vic market to bring the flavour of each season to the table.

A good way to get to know the area: take a seat at the table and let yourself be guided.
