Jordi Coromina’s cooking is driven by sensitivity. It doesn’t set out to impress through complexity, but to move you through flavour, balance and a way of understanding food in which technique is always at the service of the produce.

We work with small producers and seasonal ingredients so that every visit connects you with the land, with memories and with the pleasure of sharing a good table.
