Les Clarisses Restaurant is a gastronomic and cultural space where the evolution of history and architecture merge with a rich culinary proposal by the hand of chef Alvar Ayuso.
The protagonists are the product and the flavor, accompanied by the necessary technique to achieve the points of quality and a point of surprise effect. The menu consists of recognizable dishes but at the same time with personality and originality.
The wine cellar has an extensive wine list, mainly from the peninsula, with some French and international references.
