GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT VOUCHERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.- General terms and conditions of contracting<\/strong>
\nIn compliance with current regulations, Les Clarisses Hotel Boutique sets out below the general terms and conditions of contracting (sale and use) of the products and\/or services offered through its website, from which the rights and obligations of the parties arise.<\/p>\n

2.- Identification<\/strong>
\nThese General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the relationship between the establishment (hereinafter, the \u201cEstablishment\u201d) and the clients, whether natural or legal persons, who purchase a gift voucher (hereinafter, the \u201cClient\u201d), in relation to all gift voucher purchase transactions carried out through the website (hereinafter, the \u201cGift Voucher Purchase\u201d).
\nGift vouchers may be used by the Client themselves (hereinafter, the \u201cUser\u201d) or by a third party (hereinafter, the \u201cBeneficiary\u201d), who shall also be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n

These Terms do not exclude the possibility that certain services offered through the website may be governed by additional specific conditions.<\/p>\n

2.1 Establishment<\/strong>

\nThe Establishment is responsible for offering the service or product and for carrying out the sale of the gift voucher.<\/p>\n

2.2 Client<\/strong>
\nThe Client shall be understood as the internet user who purchases any of the Gift Vouchers offered on the Establishment\u2019s website.
\nThe Client declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to purchase the services in accordance with these Terms. In the case of minors over the age of 16, authorization from their legal representatives shall be required.
\nThe Client guarantees that the personal information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
\nThe Client undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, refraining from illegal activities, activities that infringe third-party rights, or that disrupt the normal functioning of the website.
\nThe Establishment may restrict access to the website to Clients who breach these Terms.<\/p>\n

2.3 Beneficiary or User<\/strong>
\nThe person designated as the recipient of the Gift Voucher who will make use of the service. When the Client is also the Beneficiary, they shall be referred to as the User.<\/p>\n

3.- Acceptance of the terms<\/strong>
\nThe Client declares that they have read and accepted these Terms prior to the purchase, a declaration that shall also apply to the Beneficiary. The purchase implies the express acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n

4.- Availability of the terms<\/strong>
\nThe Client may download or print these General Terms and Conditions at any time and may contact info@lesclarisses.com for any inquiries.<\/p>\n

5.- Validity and duration of the terms<\/strong>
\nThese Terms are valid as of May 1st, 2025.
\nThe Establishment may modify them at any time without prior notice, and the terms in force at the time of purchase shall apply.<\/p>\n

6.- Partial nullity<\/strong>
\nThe invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.<\/p>\n

7.- Information about the services<\/strong>
\nThe information relating to the services and conditions of the Establishment has been provided by the Establishment itself, which is solely responsible for its accuracy.<\/p>\n

8.- Gift Voucher purchase process<\/strong><\/p>\n

8.1 Purchase process<\/strong>
\nThe Client may personalize the voucher, add the Beneficiary\u2019s details, and include additional services.
\nPayment is made through a secure platform managed by El Jard\u00ed del Convent Vic 2024 S.L. After purchase, the Client will receive confirmation by email.<\/p>\n

8.2 Payment management<\/strong>
\nHandled by El Jard\u00ed del Convent Vic 2024 S.L., VAT\/Tax ID B70907746, with registered address at Pl. Malla 1, 08500, Vic, Spain.<\/p>\n

9.- Use of Gift Vouchers<\/strong>
\na) The Purchase Confirmation allows immediate use of the Gift Voucher, subject to the validity periods defined by the Establishment.
\nb) The Establishment may set specific dates of use, including blackout dates.
\nc) To use the voucher, the Beneficiary must contact the Establishment to arrange the reservation. Once the reservation has been made, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.<\/p>\n

10.- Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nThe Client may withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no reservation has been made with the Establishment.
\nWithdrawal must be notified in writing to info@lesclarisses.com, attaching the purchase confirmation.
\nThe refund will be made using the same payment method within a maximum period of 30 days.
\nGift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n

11.- Assistance, suggestions, and complaints<\/strong>
\nThe Client or Beneficiary may contact info@lesclarisses.com for any inquiries or complaints.<\/p>\n

12.- Limitation of liability<\/strong>
\nThe Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
\nThe Establishment shall not be liable for content generated by third parties or for computer damage caused by viruses or technical failures beyond its control.
\nNor shall it be liable for the use of the website by minors without the required legal authorization.<\/p>\n

13.- Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong>
\nThese Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
\nFor any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Client\u2019s place of residence.
\nIf the Client resides outside Spain, the parties shall submit to the courts of the Establishment\u2019s registered office.<\/p>\n
